British actor, born in Greenwich, London, UK, on 30 October 1916. He made his debut in 1957 and his final appearance in 1968. His most notable works include King of the River (1966), The Spaniard's Curse (1958), The Saint (1968), and It's a Square World (1962-1964). He died in a road accident on 17 April, 1967, in Stanmore, Middlesex, UK.
