Tamara Lees was an Austrian-born English actress and writer, born in Vienna, Austria, on December 14, 1924, as Diana Helena Tamara Mapplebeck. She married actor Bonar Colleano (1946-1951), and after their divorce, she married production manager Fulvio Tiberio Vergari in 1953, and their marriage also ended in divorce. Among the most important works of Tamara Lees are Il falco rosso (1949), Totò sceicco (1950), Filumena Marturano (1951), and Una spada nell'ombra (1961). Tamara Lees died at the age of 75 in Pershore, Worcestershire, England, UK, on December 28, 1999.
