Anton Nikolaevich Shkaplerov is a Russian cosmonaut. He was born on February 20, 1972, in Sevastopol. He has participated in Vyzov (2023), Astrosamantha, the Space Record Woman (2016), and Arte Journal (1998). He is married to Tatyana Petrovna, and they have two daughters: Kristina and Kira. In 1989, he completed Yak-52 flight training at the Sevastopol Aviation Club. Following his graduation from Sevastopol High School in 1989, he joined the Kacha Military Aviation School, graduating in 1994 as a pilot engineer. In 1997, he graduated from the Zhukovsky Air Force Engineering Academy.
