A Russian actor, born in Russia, as Nikita Bruce. He worked in British film and television for a decade. His credits include Othello (1951), The Quatermass Experiment (1953), and Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde (1956). He debuted in Conspirator (1949) and concluded his career with The Diplomatic Corpse (1958). He died in Buckinghamshire, England, United Kingdom, on January 9, 2002, at age 86.
