He was a German actor, born on September 30, 1922, in Germany. In 1953, he made his credited debut in BBC Sunday-Night Theatre. Among his notable works are Rock You Sinners (1958), Sweet Beat (1959), and The Rat Catchers (1966). He was married to the actress, Marion Shaw. He died on January 12, 2003, at the age of 80, in Westminster, London, England.
