British actor, dancer, and choreographer. He was born on April 26, 1926, in Barry, Glamorgan, Wales. His debut television role was in The Golden Year (1951). He is known for Aladdin (1960), Kiss Me Kate (1964), and he was the choreographer for many works, such as As Long as They're Happy (1955), and Alan Melville Takes You from A-Z (1956-1959). In 2002, Davies was nominated for the Laurence Olivier Award for Best Theatre Choreographer for his work on The Play What I Wrote. He passed away on October 14, 2002, in London, England.
