German actor, born on September 1, 1870, in Munich, Germany. Among his works are Helen of Troy (1924), Nathan der Weise (1922), and Das Parfüm der Mrs. Worrington (1925). He was the father of the cinematographer Otto Martini and the grandfather of the cinematographer Ronald Martini. He died on December 23, 1930, in Germany.
