A British writer, born in London, UK. He is known for Offside (2002), Death of England: Face to Face (2021), and Soon Gone: A Windrush Chronicle (2019). In the 2008 Queen's Birthday Honours List, he was appointed OBE (Officer of the Order of the British Empire) for his services to drama.
