A British actress, born on February 17, 1892, in Gloucester, England, United Kingdom. Her works include The Franchise Affair (1951), Quiet Weekend (1946), and Yellow Canary (1943). Marjorie's father was a partner in the engineering firm Fielding & Platt. She studied at Cheltenham Ladies' College and then got a place as an actress in the Liverpool Playhouse as part of the Liverpool Repertory Company. She died on December 28, 1956, in London, England, United Kingdom.
