An Iraqi singer, who appeared in the mid-sixties. She belongs to an artistic family, as her sister is Salima Khudair. Amal was born in Basra. She grew up in a family influenced by rural singing. She started singing in the school activity and participated in her first school singing concert. In the early seventies, she worked as a broadcaster in the Armed Forces program for two years, and she was presenting the program on radio and television. She participated in works such as Soil, Tantal, and Lanterns.
