An American hairstylist and makeup artist, who started her career at the age of 12, working in dinner theaters in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. At the age of eighteen, she moved to New York City and began working in the field of make-up in theater and television advertisements. She then specialized in special effects makeup and worked in the horror film The Toxic Avenger (1984). She is best known for Westworld (2016-2022), Captain Marvel (2019), and Saturday Night Live (1987-1993). She won an Emmy Award in 2009 for her work in MADtv.
