British actress, born in Stoke Newington, London, in 1938. Janet got married and had two children. She made her debut in Howerd's Hour (1968) and ended her career with five episodes of the television series The Two Ronnies (1975-1985). Her notable works include Carry On Loving (1970), The Jimmy Logan Show (1969), and The Good Companions (1981).
