He is a Canadian actor and a former video jockey at MuchMusic. He was born on June 22, 1977, in Winnipeg, Canada, as Bradford Michael Lorne How. He is known for hosting VH1 Top 20 Video Countdown (2005), 2003 Much Music Video Music Awards (2003), and Bet the House (2007). He is married to Veronica Reyes-How.
