American actor born in Wichita Falls, Texas, US on 7 August 1913. He appeared in over 80 films, making his onscreen debut in 1932 and his final appearance in 1958. His most notable works include Flying Tigers (1942), Thundering Trails (1943), Hidden Valley Outlaws (1944), and Spy Smasher (1942). He married actress and writer Jacqueline James. He died on 20 May 1960 in New York City, New York, US.
