An American actor, born in Adair, Oklahoma, USA, on March 18, 1920. He is known for The Quiet Man (1952), White Heat (1949), Holiday Inn (1942), and All the King's Men (1949). He played supporting roles in American cinema as a guard, waiter, gambler, and many more. He made his film debut in Sweetheart of the Campus, (1941) and ended his career with the TV series Screen Directors Playhouse (1955-1956). He died in Harris County, Texas, USA, on June 30, 1983.
