An American former child actress, born in La Grange, Texas, USA, on September 13, 1940. She is known for State Department: File 649 (1949), Mighty Joe Young (1949), The Snake Pit (1948), and Paid in Full (1950). Laura studied at Saint Agnes Academy (Texas) and performed in some plays. She married a man who worked in a pharmacy, and after her divorce, she married Frank Scott, a deserter from the army. Her artistic activity lasted 6 years, and her movie debut was in Lady at Midnight (1948), while her last role was in the short film Doggie in the Bedroom (1954). She died of cancer in 1979 in Texas, USA.
