An American actor, born in Decatur, Georgia, USA, on August 25, 1890, as Frank Pharr Simms. His most important works are Fireside Theatre (1950) and The Texan Meets Calamity Jane (1950). Frank appeared in supporting roles as a sheriff, janitor, doctor, farmer, and others. He died in San Diego, California, USA, on March 10, 1969.
