An American actress, born in Louisiana, USA, on March 27, 1901. She is known for Men on Call (1930), The Guilty Generation (1931), and Canon City (1948). She played minor roles in films and began her career as a contract player with Fox from 1930 to 1934. She debuted in Lightnin' (1930) and her last film was Auntie Mame (1958), after which she retired as a movie actress and made some television works, the last of which was an episode of Thriller (1961). She died in Asheville, North Carolina, USA, on July 9, 1986.
