An American actress of Trinidadian origin, born in New York, United States. She attended the Professional Performing Arts School in Manhattan before joining Cornell University, in New York, where she obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Development. Her works include If Beale Street Could Talk (2018) and Judas and the Black Messiah (2021).
