A Canadian actor, composer and singer, born on January 31, 1939 in Lac-Saguay, Quebec, Canada. His brother was actor Paul Gauthier. He began his acting career in the late sixties when he starred in the movie Entre la mer et l'eau douce, in which he also served as a composer and singer. His works include Orderers, Partis pour la gloire, and La guêpe.
