An Italian-American actress, born in Naples, Italy, on June 13, 1889. Her most important works include Winner Take All (1939), Man and His Mate (1940), Song of the city (1937), and Scarface (1932). Inez Palange specialized in the roles of Italian mothers, Latinas, gypsies, and Native Americans. She began her artistic career as a singer in a comedy duo in 1917 before her cinematic career, during which she played a variety of supporting and minor roles. She died at the age of 73 in Los Angeles, California, USA, on October 16, 1962.
