An Italian actress, born in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Italyy. She is the mother of the writer and director Pier Paolo Pasolini. She became famous for her participation in the movie The Gospel According to St. Matthew in 1964, before she died in her hometown of Friuli Venezia Giulia, Italy.
