An Italian writer and journalist, born in Turin, Piedmont, Italy. His family is of Romanian descent. At the age of nine, his mother committed suicide due to a mental illness. He has published books and articles on Italian society and politics, and a series of stories about his football team, Torino F.C. In 2010, he published his first novel "L'ultima riga delle favole," which has sold more than 250,000 copies in Italy and has been translated into several languages. In 2016, his novel "Sweet Dreams" was adapted into a movie of the same name.
