An Italian actor, born in Padova, Padua, Veneto, Italy, as Rudolf De Stefenelli. Throughout his 13-year acting career, he appeared in more than 80 films, in which he played various roles. He is known for Mr. Smith Goes to Washington (1939), A Night at the Opera (1935), and To Be or Not to Be (1942). He died on March 1, 1952, in Los Angeles, California, USA.
