A Mexican actor, producer, screenwriter and presenter, born Adalberto Javier Ramones Martínez on December 3, 1961 in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. He studied communication at the University of Regiomontana. He began his career in 1995 when he hosted the program Otro rollo con: Adal Ramones. In 2005, he was nominated for an MTV Movie Award for Favorite Actor for Pink Punch. He was previously married to Gaby Valencia, with whom he has two children. On August 5, 2017, he married Karla de la Mora, with whom he has one child. He suffered from heart disease for a long part of his life, but after several operations, he was able to recover. His other credits include Gran Carnal: Los fenómenos (2002) and Cantinflas (2014).
