He was an American actor, born on May 13, 1891, in Brooklyn, New York, USA, as Walter Scott Bacon. He made appearances in more than 200 productions in supporting and additional roles. He is known for his participation in Psycho (1960), Citizen Kane (1941), and Mary Poppins (1964). He was married to Sybil Bacon. He passed away at the age of 82 on November 7, 1973, in Hollywood, Los Angeles, California, USA.
