A British producer and composer, born on August 15, 1944, in Welwyn Garden City, United Kingdom. He graduated from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne with an honors degree in Mathematics and Metallurgy. He is known for The Max Headroom Show (1985), Max Headroom (1985), and The Royal Romance of Charles and Diana (1982).
