He was a prolific American film actor; he appeared in about 200 productions, mostly Westerns, playing small and supporting roles. He is known for The Shadow (1940), The Cyclone Kid (1942), and Flying Devils (1933). He married four times and had one child. He passed away of a heart attack on September 26, 1960, in Woodland Hills, Los Angeles, California, USA.
