American actress born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, US on 14 September 1895. She made her Broadway debut in 1919 and worked there until 1941. Her notable works include G.I. Honeymoon (1945), Hell's Outpost (1954), Rhythm of the Islands (1943), and Corpus Christi Bandits (1954). She married twice and had no children. She died on 3 August 1965 in Woodland Hills, Los Angeles, California, US.
