American actor born Ysabel Ponciana Chris-Pin Martin Piaz in Tucson, Arizona, US on 18 November 1893. His notable works include Under Strange Flags (1937), Four Frightened People (1934), King of the Bandits (1947), and Undercover Man (1942). He mostly portrayed comical Mexicans, who spoke in broken English and appeared in over 50 westerns. He died of a heart attack on 27 June 1953 in Montebello, California, US.
