An American actor and writer, born on February 22, 1883, in St. Louis, Missouri, USA, as Harry William Depp. He was a silent film pioneer, comedian, agent, and real estate investor. He launched his career as a stage actor in New York City and eventually in Hollywood. He is known for Fashion Model (1945), Bill Cracks Down (1937), and Silk Stockings (1920). He married twice but had no children. He passed away at the age of 70 on March 31, 1957, in Hollywood, California, USA.
