A South African actor and singer, born in Cape Town, South Africa. He started his career at the age of ten by singing, dancing, and acting in the school theater, and then worked in commercials. He trained in New York at both the Stella Adler Studio and the New York Film Academy before working in Los Angeles. Among his works are Shotgun Garfunkel (2013), Warrior (2019), and The Mauritanian (2021).
