An American actor, born on August 29, 1903, in Lafayette, Louisiana, USA, as Manierre William Williamson. Over the course of two decades, he made a name for himself in American westerns. He is a veteran of the war, as he served in the US Navy during WW I, then worked in carnivals before working in the cinematic field as an actor and a stand-in. He is known for The Roy Rogers Show (1952-1953), Raiders of Red Gap (1943), and Raiders of San Joaquin (1943). He was married to Ruth Corbett until he passed away at the age of 75 from emphysema on February 10, 1979, in Sun City, California, USA.
