He was an American actor and stunt performer, born on February 15, 1898, in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA, as Sigsbee Maine Geary. He began his acting career in silent cinema in the early twenties, and his acting work flourished. But the appearance of sound held back his developing career in acting, and he ended up often playing the role of villains. He became known as one of the bravest and most creative stuntmen in the business. He is known for his roles in Lone Texas Ranger (1945), Robin Hood (1922), and Oregon Trail (1945). He married three times and had two children. He passed away at the age of 47 in a car accident on February 22, 1946, in Newhall, California, USA.
