An American child actress, born in Alameda, California, USA, on September 12, 1936, as Patricia Sharyn Moffett. Her father was a singer and musician. She started acting at the age of 6 and stopped when she became a young woman, then got married and moved to Pennsylvania, and she and her husband became Episcopalian ministers. She devoted her life to her spiritual work, and she was once the national president of the Big Sisters Organization. She married James Forrest (1955-2011), they had three children, and he stayed with her until his death. Among her notable works are The Falcon in San Francisco (1945), Mr. Blandings Builds His Dream House (1948) and A Boy, a Girl and a Dog (1946). She died in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA, on December 23, 2021.
