A Canadian actor, acting instructor, and author, born in British Columbia, Canada. She has been a television and movie actor since 1994. She is a voting member of the American Academy of Motion Pictures. She won the Spotlight Award at the Women in Film & Television Vancouver's Spotlight Awards (CA) in 2015. Her notable credits include Double Jeopardy (1999), The 4400 (2004-2005), and R.L. Stine's the Haunting Hour (2011-2014).
