A Canadian-Australian actor, born in British Columbia, Canada. MacDonald graduated in 1996 from the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA). He debuted in Sahara (1995). He is best known for his roles in Neighbours (1996-2008), The Secret Life of Us (2001-2003), and Rush (2008).
