An English actor, producer, and comedy writer, born in Sutton, Greater London, England, United Kingdom, as Thomas William Basden. He was educated at King's College School. He started his artistic career as an actor in the series Vital Signs in 2006. The most famous works in which he appeared include After Life (2019-2022), Quacks (2017), Man vs. Bee (2022), and Here We Go (2020- 2022), in which he also participated as a producer and a writer. His writing credits include Fresh Meat (2011-2016) and Gap Year (2017).
