A German actress of Russian origin, born in Berlin, Germany, as Tamara Brodsky. She studied ballet at a young age and began her acting career in the movie Der Schrecken der Garnison in 1931. She married actor Bruce Seton on March 7, 1937, and they divorced in 1940. She married director and producer Roland Gillett in 1942, and they divorced in In 1945, then she married actor Raymond Lovell in 1947, and they divorced in 1951. She is known for The Green Finger (1946), Hell's Cargo (1935), and Bypass to Happiness (1934). She died on February 7, 2008, in Valence, Tarn-et-Garonne, France.
