A Taiwanese actress, born on July 3, 1968, in Taipei, Taiwan. She attended the Taipei National University of the Arts after completing high school. She started her career as a singer in advertisements. She made her acting debut in A Moment of Romance (1990). She participated in many works, most notably Eat Drink Man Woman (1994), Eighteen Springs (1997), and The Phantom Lover (1995).
