American actor, born in San Francisco, California, USA, on January 17, 1930, as Antony Alexander Franke. He was an American actor and director of short films in cinema and television. He presented as an actor supporting additional roles such as the Nazi, the runner, the window cleaner, the sailor, the thief, the sergeant, the naval officer, and others. As a director, he made short films, videos, and TV shows. He is known for The Blob (1958), ABC Afterschool Specials (1972), and McHale's Navy (1962).
