New Zealand actress and singer. Before moving to England to pursue her theatrical career, she attended the Elam School of Fine Arts at the University of Auckland, where she graduated with a diploma in fine arts, and the New Zealand Drama School, where she obtained a Bachelor of Performing Arts. Her notable works include Heavenly Creatures (1994), Christmas (2003), The Justice of Bunny King (2021), and Xena: Warrior Princess (1995-2000).
