French actress, model, and writer, born in Lyon, Rhone-Alpes, France. She was crowned Miss France in 1954. Her ex-husband is the film director Alain Cavalier. She is known for Léon Morin, Priest (1961), I Love You, I Love You (1968), and The Conqueror of the Orient (1960). She died on January 16, 1972, in Versailles, Yvelines, France.
