She was a New Zealand-Australian actress, born in Sydney, Australia. Her debut was in Tomorrow's Child (1957). She is known for On the Beach (1959), Twelfth Night (1966), and The Sundowners (1960). Her last appearance was in Mother and Son (1984). She was married to Richard Meikle. She died in 1985.
