She was a Danish actress, born in Denmark, as Annette Susanne Strøyberg. She is the mother of director Nathalie Vadim and actress Peri Callimanopulos. She is known for Il Sorpasso (1962), Agent of Doom (1963), and Les liaisons dangereuses (1959). She died of cancer on December 12, 2005, in Copenhagen, Denmark.
