An American actress and model, born in Texas, United States. She attended McMurray University in Abilene, Texas. Holt worked as a model before winning the title of Miss Maryland. She also participated in the Miss USA pageant and appeared in several television commercials. She was discovered by director Howard Hawks, who saw one of her advertisements for lipstick. Her credits include If a Man Answers (1962), Days of Wine and Roses (1962), and Perry Mason (1965). She died on April 5, 1996, in Williamson County, Tennessee, USA.
