A British actor born in London, England, United Kingdom. He was married twice and had one child. He worked as a union activist and performer in American silent films before continuing into the sound era. During World War I, he served in the field artillery for his nation, Britain. King started his acting career in England before moving to the US, and he made his Broadway debut in New York in 1919. Additionally, he was one of the original members of the Screen Actors Guild (SAG). Some of his notable works include London After Midnight (1927), Behind the Mask (1932), Bella Donna (1923), and Smart Girl (1935). He passed away in Los Angeles, California, USA, on September 18, 1941, at the age of 66.
