British actor, born in Redhill, Surrey, England, United Kingdom, as Guy Duncan Kingsford Pearce. He was a film, television, radio, and theater actor, who worked in theatrical productions in 1938 and served in the US Army during World War II. He worked in the vaudeville theater at Camp Seibert, and when he visited Germany, the German intelligence tried to recruit him, to present a propaganda film depicting an American handing over American military secrets to the Germans, for 18 thousand dollars, but he refused. In the forties, he worked in radio shows for Radio Lux Theatre. He is known for Sahara (1943), Inside Detroit (1956), and Happy-Go-Lucky (1936). He died on November 9, 1986, in Encino, California, USA.
