An American actress and author, born in New York, USA, and raised in Warren, Michigan. In 1980, she graduated summa cum laude from Lake Erie College in Ohio, earning a BA in Modern Foreign Languages. She got her first role in the same year in the movie Those Lips, Those Eyes. She's known for Just One of the Guys (1985) and April Fool's Day (1986). She stopped acting to devote herself to work as a story editor.
