He is an Egyptian writer, poet, translator, and author. He was born in Minya. He obtained a linguistics bachelor’s degree in German and English. He wrote several story collections, such as "Adam's Revolution" and "The Third of Them is a Female Devil." Among his literary translations are "To the Lighthouse" and "The Tragedy of Al-Zuhour Street", and there is also a collection of poetry entitled "Prince of Lovers." He wrote the series House of Life (2022).
